We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process: 

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days via USPS. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

United States

Shipping is USPS and based on weight. Free delivery of SOCKS ONLY to NCSU CVM. Please request this option at checkout if you would like to skip snail mail. 

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn’t right, we're here to help! Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Include the following details in your message:
Your Name, Order Number, Problem/Reason for the return, and Photos of damaged /defective item

Return Window
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  

Condition
Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed. We will not accept items that appear used or worn. Returns will only be accepted for defective products.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and items must be sent back within 14 days of their receipt.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Which Size Socks are Right for Me?

XS/S are made to fit shoe sizes 4-8 in women (choose these if you like a tighter fit)

S/M are made to fit shoe sizes 7-12 in women and 5-10 for men (choose these if you like a not -so-tight fit)

Can I Wear Compression Socks To Bed?

For safety reasons, we don’t recommend wearing compression socks of any kind while sleeping for long periods of time. The only exception to this is if your medical provider recommends you to do so. These socks are made to gently hug your legs all day, especially if you’re sitting or standing for long periods.
